So, N. Korea was finally dumb enough to test off their ~5 megaton nuke–effectivley cutting off their own nads.
First off, most countries could defecate something stronger than a 5 megaton nuke. Secondly, and more importantly, you have just given the world just cause. This is like a cop wanting to beat a la R.
